“I was incredibly impressed by the room features. The Urban King Room I stayed in had well-thought-out amenities like USB power points and a hot and cold water dispenser. The mechanised blinds were particularly useful for keeping the room dark when I wanted to sleep in. Plus, I was delighted to find the room was soundproof, allowing for a peaceful stay despite the bustling city outside.” view full review

“The bathroom in the Harbor King Room was like a mini spa. With a smaller TV right above the bathtub, I could unwind and enjoy my favorite shows while soaking. They even provided complimentary bath salts which made for a rejuvenating experience. It was truly a treat to enjoy such relaxation after a long day of exploring.” view full review

“One of my favorite aspects of the stay was the media and entertainment setup in the room. With multiple electrical outlets and USB ports, charging my devices was hassle-free. The room also came with an electric kettle and a coffee machine, along with high-quality tea and coffee supplies. “Although I didn't get to dine at the new restaurant, THE PRAYA, during my stay, I was thrilled with the complimentary items provided upon arrival, such as drinks and snacks. The hotel also offered a breakfast that, while basic, was adequately satisfying.
